Giota Andriakaina was born in Athens, Greece.

She studied Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She later graduated from the Third Painting Workshop of the School of Visual and Applied Arts (Faculty of Fine Arts), where she studied under Kyriakos Katzourakis, Dimitris Zouroudis, Babis Venetopoulos, and Vasilis Vasilakakis. She holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Installation and New Media in Art from the Department of Audio and Visual Arts, Ionian University.

Her work has been presented in numerous group exhibitions in Greece, Slovakia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland. Selected works are included in permanent collections and exhibitions at the Telloglion Foundation of Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Museum of Byzantine Culture in Thessaloniki, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Florina, as well as in private collections.

She works as Special Teaching Staff at the School of Visual and Applied Arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
